Founder & CEO
Almetta Pitts
Almetta supports individuals, communities, organizations, and companies who seek to interrupt the “status quo” of workplace wellness. She facilitates brave spaces that cultivate tough conversations around intersectional racial equity, anti-Blackness racism, diversity, equity, and belonging founded within the coined methodology of somatic wellness & anti-racist practices ™ (SWAP).
She has significant experience of co-curating somatic impact experiential learning experiences via the collaboration of leading organizations, companies and institutions.
Attemla Consulting's areas of activism focus upon workplace & leadership wellness via trauma-informed care, organizational change rooted in transformative justice, dismantling the prison industrial complex, radical self-care, strategic development, racial equity, and social justice.
Almetta has been featured on: NPR, KOMO News and the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office’s Facebook Page. She is also the author of “The Seasons of Alchemy: Transforming Your Life’s Vision Board Into an Action Planner.”
She is a board member for TeamChild a nonprofit civil legal aid organization. TeamChild’s legal advice and representation can help youth get onto an education or employment track, secure stable and safe housing, build support for health and well-being, and reduce more episodes of incarceration and juvenile court involvement.
Honorary Mention: Almetta is a Sports Hall of Fame Inductee. She and her fellow (2002-2003) Illinois Central College Women’s Basketball teammates have been inducted into the 2020 Greater Peoria Sports Hall of Fame.
She holds a Masters degree in Social Work (Interpersonal Direct Practice/Mental Health) from the University of Washington (at Seattle). Almetta is a visual storyteller, experiential learning facilitator and she LOVES to dance!

Clarke Hill
Clarke Hill is a non-profit consultant with over 20 years of experience and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Her areas of focus as a consultant are non-profit organizational development, youth development, quality improvement, and data-driven DEI. She has worked with organizations across the country such as Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Neighborhood House, and the Forum for Youth Investment.
Her motivation for social impact work comes from a belief that all people have value and dignity just by virtue of being human, which led her to a career working to disrupt systems of inequity. During her experience working with youth, she has seen firsthand the way societal issues impact our systems as a whole and humans as individuals. She uses this knowledge to assist social service organizations in fulfilling their commitment to their communities.

Timothy Daniels Knight
A dynamic, highly technical, hands-on Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Communications Specialist who provides technical support to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)'s communications and virtual media content/activities. Organize, coordinate, and orchestrate digital media alongside communications facing audiences inside and outside of the organization. Lead complex projects and initiatives spanning a variety of business areas. Skilled in creating social media content, graphic design, plain language, and 508 (communication accessibility) review/remediation. Strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Certified Scrum Master and PMP member.

Gregory Whiting
Gregory Whiting is a clinical social worker, experienced educator, and consultant. Having worked in publishing, human resources, the academy, emergency medicine, and community mental health, he has a set of skills and experiences that allow him to connect across a variety of differences to solve human problems.
Gregory holds a Bachelor's degree Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Washington. His most notable educational experience at the University of Michigan has been his engagement in research, dialogue facilitation, and training through the The Program on Intergroup Relations. Through this work, Gregory has been able to teach and learn in Beijing, develop a study abroad program sending University of Washington students to Ghana, and cultivate shared meaning for incarcerated women in the state of Michigan.
Gregory is a clinical Social Worker, with independent clinical licensure in the states of California (94147) and Washington (LW60548756). Gregory's clinical social work has enabled him to serve the complex needs of a variety of King County residents such as homeless people, youth in schools, incarcerated people, and medical patients with complex treatment needs. Gregory lives in Seattle. He is a board member for Social Venture Partners Seattle. He has a clinical therapy practice, Waking Wisdom PLLC. He is a Brainerd Fellow and now new board member for Social Venture Partners Seattle. Gregory is an avid science fiction fan. He prefers biking over walking, and enjoys the challenge of learning new skills.

Reketta Peterson
Reketta Peterson is a Licensed professional counselor and sex therapist with a certification in perinatal mental health. She is the owner and lead clinician at Arise Counseling, LLC. She is also the principal consultant of RSP Consulting, LLC. Reketta has spoken on national and local platforms on the importance of developing social and emotional learning skills to combat burnout and reduce biases that lead to the disconnect between providers and BIPOC clients. Reketta enjoys swimming and taking naps in her free time.

Nasra Osman
Nasra Osman is a LSWAA Licensed Social Worker Associate Advanced and holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work (Direct Practice/Health) from the University of Washington (Seattle). She has over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, families and individuals as an agent of support and guidance. Her professional life includes a commitment to serving the needs of children and families from all backgrounds/cultures as a Clinical Social Worker at Harborview Pediatric Clinic.
Nasra has expertise in areas of Social Emotional Learning, Family Systems, Crisis Intervention, Mindfulness, Response to Intervention, Psycho-social assessments, trauma, and behavioral health integration. Nasra has severed on the board of several community organizations such as, Somaliland Youth Association and Golis. Both organizations focus on serving East African communities.
Nasra’s primary goal is to enrich and improve the quality of life for children and their families. Nasra believes that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy, healthy lives. She loves to read and explore the world through traveling with her family.

Jilisa Milton
Jilisa, an Alabama native, is the University of Alabama’s first joint JD/Master of Social Work graduate. She drew from her work in civil rights litigation, mental health treatment, criminal justice reform, and community engagement to implement and execute this project. Jilisa previously worked with children who have severe emotional disorders and was a staff supervisor at an inpatient treatment facility for children with severe emotional disorders.
