About the event

THANK YOU! In gratitude we would like to provide a space of rest for our FIRST RESPONDERS: Medical & Wellness Professionals, Grocery Store Workers, Delivery Drivers, Ride Share and Food Delivery Drivers,  (not limited to) and essential workers.

Join us in within our : DIGITAL POP UP SUMMER SERIES collective care check-in for First Responders that identify as BIPOC/BILAM(BOC)  (a resting space, an affinity group focused upon rest for Black, Brown, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)/Black, Brown, Indigenous, Latinx, Multi-racial (BILAM) (BOC ="Bodies of Culture" - Resmaa Menkem).

Here's what's awaiting you within your space of rest:

  • Your body belongs here!  Let's Check-In (Roll Call)
  • Have you've been "waiting to exhale?" Let's inhale and exhale together via breath & body centered practices
  • Giving our selves more compassion via nourishing our "skin hunger"
  • Reimagining rest

Feel free to bring with you a cup of water and/or tea, your favorite crystals and/or essential oils and/or any items that help you to rest.
